These terms are a public offer from the seller named below to anyone who buys from beautyculturegeo.com. By placing an order you accept them (Article 329 of the Civil Code of Georgia). They apply together with Shipping & Payment, Returns & Exchange and the Privacy Policy.

2. Products and prices

  • Product descriptions and photos come from us and from the manufacturers. Colour and finish on screen may differ slightly from the real item.
  • Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
  • The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
  • If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we tell you before confirming the order, and you can cancel it at no cost.

3. Ordering

  • You can order on the website, by phone, by email or in a messenger.
  • Placing an order on the website means you commit to paying for it. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order.
  • We confirm availability, delivery method and delivery date with you. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid.
  • For items supplied on order, the delivery time and any prepayment are agreed before you pay.

4. Payment

Payment methods are listed on the Shipping & Payment page. Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved for 2 hours; if the payment does not arrive in time, the order is cancelled. We ship or hand over the order after full payment, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are on the Shipping & Payment page. Unless another date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the item.

6. Returns and defects

Private customers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, with exceptions for hygiene products and used items. Separate return terms apply to business customers. Defective items are covered for 2 years. Details are on the Returns & Exchange page.

7. Business customers

Salons, schools and other business customers can agree individual terms with us in writing – volume prices, payment and delivery. Where such terms are agreed, they take priority over these terms.

8. Liability

Each party is liable for failing to perform these terms as provided by the law of Georgia. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control or by incorrect contact or delivery details given to us. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under Georgian law.

9. Intellectual property

Texts, photos and the logo on this website belong to the seller or to the manufacturers. Please don’t copy them without written permission.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first – most issues are settled quickly. Consumers may also apply to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency or to a court. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published when the order was placed.
