  • Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address, the items ordered and the payment method. For business customers – company name and tax ID.
  • Account data, if you create an account: login, email, order history. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
  • Messages you send us by email, phone, messenger or the contact form, including attached files.
  • Technical data recorded in server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, time of the visit.
  • Order source: when you place an order, the store records how you came to the site – for example a direct visit, a search engine or a link on another site.

We do not receive or store bank card details.

3. Why we use it

  • to process and deliver orders and to handle returns and warranty claims;
  • to contact you about your order and answer your questions;
  • to keep accounting and tax records required by law;
  • to protect the website from attacks and fraud;
  • to send news and offers – only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal grounds

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting), on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, and on the basis of your consent where we ask for it.

  • the bank that processes your payment;
  • our hosting provider – the website server is located in Germany (EU);
  • our email service provider – for the business mailbox and order emails;
  • our website security service – IP addresses of suspicious requests may be checked against and reported to its threat database;
  • public authorities – when required by Georgian law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

  • orders and accounting records – for the period required by Georgian tax law;
  • account data – until you delete your account or ask us to delete it;
  • messages – as long as needed to handle your request;
  • server logs – 180 days.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies it needs to work: cart, checkout, login and security. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

8. Security

The website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited and protected with two-factor authentication.
